Sabero Organics Gujarat Ltd. continues to maintain a high level of awareness towards Health, Safety  and Environment (HSE). Infacts Sabero is a ISO 14001-1996 certified organisation thus confirm IS environment & safty standards.

The company’s social concern begins at home. It extends to the health, safety and well being of all employees. Being a signatory to the "RESPONSIBLE CARE PROGRAM", it is our continuous endeavor to conduct our operations within its guidelines. Apart from a full fledged Occupation Health Center (OHC) within our plant premises for routine as well as emergency care, all employees undergo regular health check-ups including cholinesterase testing.

Sabero’s extensive effluent treatment plant provides primary, secondary and tertiary treatment. Its efficiently designed scrubber systems ensure that all effluents and emission are lower than statutory limits. Solid, liquid and gaseous waste are incinerated in a state-of –the-art incinerator and considerable care is taken in the control and discharge of all waste.

The company is conscious of its social responsibility and has been taking effective pollution control measures as an ongoing process. From time to time it has also conducted "environmental audits"  by external independent agencies including a detailed environmental impact assessment report. The company is meeting all the environmental requirements of the Pollution Control Board.

Sabero has further implemented additional safeguards after carrying out a quality, environment, health safety and technology audit as per the requirements of some of our major multinational customers.

Meetings of safety committees are held regularly to review safety performance, with safety audits being carried out annually by an external agency. The company continues to conduct fire fighting and safety training programs at the factory on an ongoing basis.

Tree plantation activities at the manufacturing plant are carried out every year and treated waste water is extensively used at the site for gardening.

Targets of high productivity are linked to targets of correspondingly high safety standards, resulting in Sabero taking every possible measure to provide and maintain a safe and healthy work environment for its employees.
