Sabero continues with its efforts to develop new products in its well-equipped pilot plant. The Company has various products at different stages of development, which it will choose to commercialize in the future based on market attractiveness, investment etc.

Highlights of our currently manufactured products with respect to technology and manufacturing is as follows

Mancozeb: The Mancozeb plant is a PLC based, state of the art manufacturing facility with a capacity of accommodating 8000 tons of Mancozeb per year, producing a product of high quality and consistency as per global standards. The company has carried out further development work on various formulations of Mancozeb including water disposable granules, liquid flowable/suspensible concentrate and blue Mancozeb.

Glyphosate: Sabero has recently started making Glyphosate, manufactured on the IDA ROUTE, which is fully backward integrated on Glyphosate manufacture starting right from yellow Phosphorous giving a significant cost advantage. The Company also manufactures PMIDA (phosphonomethyl iminodiacetic acid), an important intermediate of Glyphosate, for merchant sale.

Other Products: The company is one of only two global manufacturers of Tri-Ethyl Phosphite (TEPi) using an in-house novel technology. The company is also one of two global manufacturer of Phosphorous Sulphochloride also known as Thiophosphoryl Chloride or Phosphorous Thiochloride. Other dedicated manufacturing plants include plants to manufacture Di-Ethyl-Thiophosphoryl Chloride, Acephate, Phosphorous Tri-Chloride, Phosphorous Penta-Sulphide, Monocrotophos, Trimethyl phosphite.
